The awareness for service with quality has always been strong in our owner-managed Ambient Hotel am Europakanal. As a guest in our hotel, you will feel and experience service with quality in many ways. For us, service begins with the first contact, e.g. with a call from you to our reception - on the occasion of an inquiry or reservation - and ends with the check-out or your departure, when you leave the Ambient Hotel as a satisfied guest.

The management and employees of the Ambient Hotel are enthusiastic and committed to their work and have set themselves the goal of continuously improving work processes and services. Our good service arises from conviction and comes from the heart.

2009

The Ambient Hotel is the first hotel in Middle Franconia to be awarded the “ServiceQ - Level I” seal of quality. This first stage will be successfully further developed and expanded during the current year 2009. The management and team of the Ambient Hotel are proud of what they have achieved.

2010

Another reason for joy: As the sixth company in the Free State of Bavaria and the first company in the metropolitan cities of Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen, we have been awarded the quality seal "ServiceQ - Level II". During a ceremony at the second Bavarian Quality Day in Munich, the two managing directors Mrs. Brigitte Wich and Mr. Bernd A. Bauer received the certificate for the successful implementation of the quality management "ServiceQualität Deutschland".

2013

Quality awareness is rewarded: The Ambient Hotel team confidently passed the first re-certification of the quality seal "ServiceQ - Level II".
We thus offer you demonstrably certified quality in all our services. This fills us with particular pride and we are always working to make us even better. This is our personal team promise to you as our guest.

Until today

Continuously since 2017 until today, the team of Ambient Hotel is preparing - with a lot of commitment and joy - for re-certifications of the quality seal "ServiceQ". In view of this re-certification, internal and external work processes must be currently evaluated, reweighted and of course improved.

However, we are happy to meet these requirements, as we do not want to stand still, but continue to convince our guests with quality through certified service.
