Economy Minister Zeil calls the Ambient Hotel Fürth
“Pioneer” of Mittelfranken
The Ambient Hotel am Europakanal has become the first Hotel in Mittelfranken, receiving the Service-Quality-Certificate, issued by the Bavarian Hotel- & Guests Association BHG.
During a celebration of the HOGA 2009 in Nuremberg, Economy Minister Martin Zeil and BHG-President Siegfried Gallus passed on this certificate to the Ambient Hotel’s Bernd A. Bauer and Brigitte Wich.

Up to now only equipments of hotels have been certified. But finally quality of service has become an important issue too, as equipments are not important when guests are not treated in a friendly manner !
In December Brigitte Wich received her diploma as “Service-Quality-Coach”, thus helping her hotel to receive the above Service-Quality-Certificate !
